I performed a tune up and safety check on a Lennox air conditioner. I found that the evaporator coil was rusted and the return air filter was dirty. I replaced the filter and evaporator coil. I also performed a diagnostic on a Goodman gas furnace. I found that the drain tube inside the furnace was not attached causing water to drain into the furnace. I reattached the tubing an system if fully functional. Both systems were fully operational upon departure.

I performed diagnostic on Air conditioner and concluded that the wires that customer wanted to address do not pertain to the air conditioner.

I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier heat pump and electric furnace. Determined that the 3 amp fuse was blown. I replace the 3 amp fuse. Found wires at the heat pump had rubbed a bear spot. I repaired the wiring. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.

Upon inspection, I found the blower capacitor was in need of replacement. I informed the customer and they approved the replacement. Everything else in the unit was working as it should. Upon request of customer, I provided an estimate on a new system. Customer has opted to replace current system.
