Was happy with service and the tech
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival the customer stated the ac would not cool. Found system getting signal. However reversing valve for heat pump not working only allowing heat mode to run. Sent estimates for repair vs replace.
I completed a Tune-Up and Safety Check. System is cooling as it should. I do not see any major issues at this time. While I was out I advised on a surge protector for outdoor system. They decided to get surge protection installed for peace on mind.
I completed a Scheduled Maintenance Agreement tune-up and safety check on a 2009 Gas Furnace. While I was doing the inspection I found some issues that would cause problems with the furnace. Client decided to get those problems taken care of while I was there.
I performed tune-up on furnace. Furnace met specifications. I checked humidifier. Humidifier was working. Tech replaced furnace filters. Tech verified that furnace came back on after tune-up,
Went for a callback install for a gas furnace. Fan is making rattling noise until gas is ignited, then slowly fades away.
