They quickly responded to a Sunday morning call. The furnace stopped working overnight. Heat was restored quickly and they supplied me with a full diagnostic check. Thank you!

I found that the customer had tried to install new thermostat himself and did not understand the difference between communicating and non communicating thermostat. He tried to put old tstat back on and broke. I installed Ecobee thermostat and customer has heat from 2018 Rheem furnace at this time.

During a tune up on a 2003 Trane gas furnace, I found the blower capacitor reading out of specifications and replaced with new capacitor. I cleaned the flame sensor and cleaned the system as best I could. System is heating but I recommend replacing soon due to age and condition.

I found no power to the thermostat due to a wire not being wired into the 1997 Goodman gas furnace. I rewired and tstat has power. I found ignitor is bad and replaced. Customer has heat but I recommend replacing system soon due to age and cost of repairs.
