I performed a checkout/tune-up on a Goodman air conditioner. Upon I arrival I completed my tune-up checklist and I found the unit is about a 1lb low on Freon, I advised customer on adding now, customer says he'll think about adding Freon within 30 days. Upon departure other than the Freon being low, the system is running and operational.
I provided an estimate on a full install of a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner and a Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Awaiting customer approval so we can move forward with scheduling the install.
I performed a diagnostic service call on a Carrier air conditioner. Upon arrival customer stated they've been adding Freon every couple of years. I found that the outdoor fan not engaging, found bones of dead rodents and animals nest. I replaced the capacitor so the outdoor fan works, and also found AC unit almost completely out of Freon. I recommended replacing unit and I am now sending customer's a new quote for full system replacement.
I performed a diagnostic service call on a Lennox gas furnace. Upon arrival I found the pressure switch was not working properly. I cleaned the tubing, and recommended replacing the pressure switch, customer would like to hold on repair. Upon my departure the gas furnace was operational.
I removed a Armstrong Gas furnace. I installed a Carrier 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed the spring tune up on a Lennox air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
